Highly recommend Jeff P. and Top Talent Learning!

I took a CCNA class in person at Top Talent Learning in Plano, TX, and had an amazing experience! Jeff P. was the instructor—he was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and engaging. He made complex topics easier to understand and created a friendly, comfortable learning environment. He also threw in jokes and puns throughout the class, which added a great sense of humor and made the sessions even more enjoyable. I would absolutely take any class he teaches!

The staff at Top Talent were also fantastic—very welcoming and accommodating. They provided breakfast every morning, along with water and plenty of snacks, which made the long days much more enjoyable.

One thing I really appreciated was that Jeff provided his email and encouraged us to reach out even after the class ended. Having him as a continued resource is a huge added value, and I fully intend to reach out when I need guidance.

If you’re able to attend in person, I highly recommend it—the hands-on experience and personal interaction made a big difference.

Jeff Pergament from top talent is definitely a top talent. He taught CCNA to a class of 12 in 5 days. He was resourceful, knowledgeable, and also personable. He made hard to understand information easier to digest and I would definitely recommend him again to anyone looking to get smart.

The office building has plenty of parking and is very quiet, there is a cafe downstairs that has this really amazing coffee machine that i used multiple times of day. and its free! was very nice.

all in all would recommend if you want to take IN person CCNA. the class is still online based, but having the instructor in the room to do extra stuff or explain as necessary was very cool

I really enjoyed my training class! The instructor was knowledgeable and kept things moving in a way that made it easy to understand and actually useful to my work-life and personal. The breakout sessions were pretty neat and helped apply what we were learning, as well as briefly interact with the other participants. Absolutely great facility. If you want to be educated on the latest technological innovations in the industry, go with Top Learning in-person training. They provided snacks and breakfast for the 5-day CCNA training, and they hired an extremely knowledgeable Cisco Networking Expert. The facility is very nice and in the heart of Frisco/Plano area.
