What if I have to reschedule my class due to conflict?

Ten (10) business days’ notice is required to reschedule a class with no additional fees. Notify TOPTALENT LEARNING as soon as possible at 469-721-6100 or by written notification to to avoid rescheduling penalties.

How do I enroll for this class?

Please contact our team at 469-721-6100; we will gladly guide you through the online purchasing process.

What happens once I purchase a class?

You will receive a receipt and an enrollment confirmation sent to the email you submitted at purchase. Your enrollment email will have instructions on how to access the class. Any additional questions our team is here to support you. Please call us at 469-721-6100.

What is your late policy?

If a student is 15 minutes late, they risk losing their seat to a standby student. If a student is 30 minutes late or more, they will need to reschedule. A no-show fee will apply. Retakes are enrolled on a stand-by basis. The student must supply previously issued courseware. Additional fees may apply.

What happens when I finish my class?

You will receive a ‘Certificate of Completion’ once you complete the class. If you purchased an exam voucher for the class, a team member from TOPTALENT LEARNING will reach out to discuss your readiness for the voucher and make arrangements to send it. 

How long will my program take to complete?

Depending on the number of courses in the program and the schedule of classes, your program could take as little as 5 weeks to complete, but is more likely to take 2-3 months.

Are the classes available for me to attend anytime?

Only e-Learning classes are available to attend 24/7. Most classes are presented online with a live instructor, so they are scheduled for specific dates and times.

Can I get college credit for these classes?

TOPTALENT LEARNING offers courses and programs that are skills-based leading to a certificate of completion or certification. They do not earn college credit.

Do I need any special equipment to take my classes?

You only need a desktop or laptop computer with a webcam and headphones to take courses at TOPTALENT LEARNING. We highly recommend that you have a second monitor in order to allow for labs and lecture to be viewed simultaneously.

What if I need financial aid to attend your classes?

We work with a personal lender as well as Texas Workforce Commission to help students with funding options. Please reach out to our team at 469-721-6100 to speak with a Financial Aid representative.

Can I take my online class at your facility?

You are welcome to come to our office and take your class. If you need to use our computers and equipment, that option is also available to you at no additional fee. Please inform our team if you’d like to take your course on-site.
