Grievance Policy

A student may make an informal complaint or appeal any academic/disciplinary decision in writing or by sending an email to their Representative within one week of such action. The Representative will meet with the student to determine the best possible resolution to the appeal which is agreeable to both the student and the institution. If an agreement cannot be reached between the Representative and the student, then the complaint will be forwarded to the School Director or School Owner.

If the student’s complaint cannot be resolved after exhausting the Institution’s grievance procedure, the student may file a complaint with the:
