This course is designed to enhance leadership capabilities, emotional awareness, and interpersonal effectiveness for managers and supervisors. Through a blend of interactive learning methods—including discussions, real-world case scenarios, self-assessments, and practical exercises—students will explore the five core components of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. They will learn to apply EI strategies in their unique work context, improving communication, decision-making, stress management, conflict resolution, and team collaboration. The course will provide actionable tools and frameworks supported by resources to support managers and supervisors in managing high-pressure situations and fostering a positive work environment.

If a student is 15 minutes late, they risk losing their seat to a standby student. If a student is 30 minutes late or more, they will need to reschedule. A no-show fee will apply. Retakes are enrolled on a stand-by basis. The student must supply previously issued courseware. Additional fees may apply.
You will receive a ‘Certificate of Completion’ once you complete the class. If you purchased an exam voucher for the class, a team member from TOPTALENT LEARNING will reach out to discuss your readiness for the voucher and make arrangements to send it.
