Saima Alwani, M.A., MTeach, has worked in non-profit organizations and educational departments. She is committed to bridging the gap between planning and instruction—ensuring that content delivery is creative, customized, and transferable between personal and professional experiences.

She has designed and delivered content focusing on customer service essentials, effective communication, and emotional intelligence. These training courses help audiences reflect on their own skills and use the resources from the training to enhance their contributions at work.

For over 13 years, Saima has mentored and trained professionals across the nation. She has developed training materials on giving and receiving feedback, servant leadership, 3-minute observations, and more. Her work includes company evaluations that support professional development and organizational growth.

Saima specializes in content design, where she models how to plan and execute with creativity while prioritizing audience needs.

Saima is a proud daughter, sister, mother, and friend. She believes that every experience in life holds a lesson, and it's up to each person to grow from it. An aspiring empath, she views the world through a lens of empathy and reflection.

She enjoys leisure reading, long walks, and spending time with her toddler son, often finding joy and growth in the small moments life offers.

Saima earned her Bachelor's degree in History with a concentration in World Civilizations from Georgia State University. She then received a full scholarship to pursue a double Master's degree at the Institute of Education, University College London.
